How It Works
Optistock analyzes order preparation data to display the picking frequency of each location via the LED system.
Green lights for high rotations
Red lights for low rotations
At a glance, directly from the PDA using the Pickeos application, the customer can assess the quality of their stock layout and reposition their inventory accordingly.
For example, high-rotation products can be made more accessible by moving them closer to main aisles, or products that require it can be placed at an ergonomic height to reduce strain. This eliminates the need for complex manipulations in Excel.
