Operators prepared boxes of components for bike manufacturing by following a paper preparation sheet, which listed the model, bike size, and all necessary parts for assembly.

Implementation of the Go-to-Light System:
The company installed a Pick-to-Light system specifically designed by Pickeos within its spare parts warehouse. LEDs light up to highlight the products to be picked. Each operator is distinguished by a color, making it easy for them to find the necessary products. No need to know the warehouse layout to be operational!
Deployment of the Mission Prepa Application:
With a PDA and the Mission Prepa solution provided by Pickeos, operators load the digitized preparation orders. The app guides them in picking the parts. Mission Prepa displays the items to be retrieved and optimizes the picking path. Preparation time is optimized. The operator confirms the item by scanning it, ensuring product accuracy and reducing picking errors.
In our case, we received the equipment, and it only took one day for installation and another day for configuration and training. In just 2 days, everything was installed and operational.
