Implementation of the Go-to-Light System :
We added our LED-based light-guided system to the 4 sorting racks.
The drop-off locations are visually indicated using this pick-to-light system. Users have expressed high satisfaction, stating: “The solution is easier and more visual to use.”
Validation of Drop-off via Motion Detection:
The product is automatically placed in the correct location. A presence detection system validates the drop-off or indicates if there is an error.
They were able to quickly adapt and meet all additional requests, even with our 2009 WMS, which makes modifications a bit more complex.

To ensure order preparation accuracy and avoid omissions, the picker can easily display the number of missing items and highlight the locations on the sorting wall with the required quantities.
Drop-off Validation via Motion Detection:
Tracking screens have been installed to inform managers of the current task, any anomalies, the number of items processed, and the number of items remaining.
This data is consolidated to measure the company’s performance.
